Orders & Delivery
We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland, Switzerland, Turkey, United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Sometimes the following situations can occur with deliveries:
- A neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf
- The postal carrier left the package in a safe place
- There is delays with the postal carrier
If your order has still not been delivered 7 days after being notified of it’s dispatch, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package hasn’t shown up after 7 working days, please get in touch with us with your order number and we can take it from there.
Returns & Exchanges
Depending on your card issuer, you’ll receive your refund within 5-10 working days of receiving your refund confirmation email.
Payments & Checkout
You can enter your coupon code under “Have a coupon?” at checkout. Once you hit “Apply Coupon” it will automatically be applied to your purchase.
