When will my order arrive?

We normally dispatch all orders within 48 hours of ordering. You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched. You can find information about our delivery times here.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

If your order has yet to be dispatched and you’d like to make a change to an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greenland, Switzerland, Turkey, United States, Australia and New Zealand.

My order has been marked as dispatched for some time, but I haven't received it?

Sometimes the following situations can occur with deliveries:

  • A neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf
  • The postal carrier left the package in a safe place
  • There is delays with the postal carrier

If your order has still not been delivered 7 days after being notified of it’s dispatch, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package hasn’t shown up after 7 working days, please get in touch with us with your order number and we can take it from there.

When can I expect my refund?

Depending on your card issuer, you’ll receive your refund within 5-10 working days of receiving your refund confirmation email.

Where do I enter a coupon/promo code?

You can enter your coupon code under “Have a coupon?” at checkout. Once you hit “Apply Coupon” it will automatically be applied to your purchase.
